But for nearly two-thirds of people, they&#8217;re &#8220;meh&#8221;\u00a0at best.<\/p>\n<p>In a\u00a0recent query of more than 5,000 workers across the tech industry, 38% of people described their meetings as &#8220;average,&#8221; and 25% described their meetings as either &#8220;poor&#8221; or &#8220;horrible.&#8221; Altogether, that means 63% of people are unimpressed by the value and quality of the meetings at their company.<\/p>\n<p>On the flip side, 28% of people rated their meetings as &#8220;good&#8221; and another 9% rated their meetings as &#8220;great.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/112-how-would-you-rate-the-value-quality-of-meetings-at-your-companyhttps:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/112-how-would-you-rate-the-value-quality-of-meetings-at-your-company\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1064\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1064\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2017\/06\/la.png\" alt=\"la\" width=\"959\" height=\"254\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2017\/06\/la-300x79.png 300w, https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2017\/06\/la-768x203.png 768w, https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2017\/06\/la.png 959w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Executives and HR workers rate their meetings best<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The most common response across every department was &#8220;average&#8221; except for in HR and the executive suite.\u00a0Thirty-seven workers in HR rated their meetings &#8220;good&#8221; and 11% rated their meetings great.
