Among the most important and unique sets of data is <b>Comparably\u2019s Gender and Diversity Score for companies, <\/b>as rated by their female and diverse employees.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Highlights:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The <b><u>Gender and Diversity Scores<\/u><\/b> showcased on a company\u2019s public page on Comparably measures how female and minority employees at an organization rate their experience across multiple dimensions. Those scores are then compared and ranked among: a) Companies of similar size across the US; b) Companies headquartered in the same major metros and; c) Companies that compete against one another.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Trend data is provided on the Gender &amp; Diversity score so prospective employees and leaders at these companies can see improvement or decline over time, and make their workplace better.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; On Comparably, with <b>Company Q&amp;A,<\/b> you can now also ask questions anonymously of employees at specific companies, and target female employees, people of color, or specific departments.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; In addition to Gender &amp; Diversity Scores, Comparably can showcase a company\u2019s ratings across multiple dimensions including: <b>CEO Rating, Compensation, Office Environment, Executive Team, Managers, Perks &amp; Benefits, Professional Development, Future Outlook, Team, &amp; Retention. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; See a Company\u2019s \u201c<b>Report Card<\/b>\u201d, how they score across 15 culture dimensions, and how the data breaks out by Gender, Ethnicity, &amp; Department.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Get a detailed understanding of a Company\u2019s <b>eNPS <\/b>(Employee Net Promoter Score), a barometer of how engaged &amp; happy employees are at work.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The new data is now live on Comparably Company Pages at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/companies\">https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/companies<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Quote from Jason Nazar, co-founder\/CEO of Comparably: <\/b><em>\u201cAs part of our mission to make workplaces dramatically more transparent, it\u2019s vital that there\u2019s a <\/em><em>better understanding of what these environments are like for Women and People of Color.
