An ongoing query\u00a0<\/a>of more than 10,000 tech workers\u00a0reveals that people who work in Utah’s capital are the most content with their work-life balance.<\/p>\n

By city<\/b><\/p>\n

Seventy-seven percent\u00a0of workers in Salt Lake City said they approve of their work-life balance. Seattle (75%) and Austin (72%) followed closely behind.<\/p>\n

Workers in Atlanta were least happy about their work-life balance (63%), followed by Houston and Los Angeles (64%).<\/p>\n

Fifty-three percent of workers in the communications department at tech companies say they are satisfied with their work-life balance, according to a July 3 reading of an ongoing query<\/a> by Comparably<\/a>. Breaking it down by gender, that’s\u00a059% of men and 49% of women.<\/p>\n
