But for all of the effort it has made in introducing formal mentorship and networking opportunities, just 33% of women say they have a mentor at work, according to the latest reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/24-do-you-have-a-mentor-at-work\">ongoing query<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\">Comparably<\/a>. That&#8217;s about even with men in tech.<\/p>\n<p>The latest reading is as of Sept. 5\u00a0and includes more than 10,000 responses from workers across the technology industry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Most likely to have a mentor<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Women\u00a0who work in the executive and legal departments at tech companies are most likely to have a mentor (45% and 46%, respectively).
