In fact, 25% of workers in tech say their boss expects them to work while they&#8217;re on vacation, according to the latest reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/133-does-your-boss-expect-you-to-work-when-youre-on-vacation\">ongoing query<\/a>\u00a0by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a>. The data is derived from more than 1,000 workers across the technology industry.<\/p>\n<p><b>Experience counts<\/b><br \/>\nWorkers who have 3 to 6 years experience at their companies are least likely to say that their boss expects\u00a0them to work while they&#8217;re on vacation.
