Thirty-five percent of workers in the technology industry say having better leadership would improve company culture, according to the latest reading of an ongoing query<\/a> by Comparably<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The most popular response<\/b><\/p>\n

Better leadership was the most popular response, followed next by “more communication” and “more transparency.” The least popular answers were “more diverse employees” and “HR strategies.”<\/p>\n

Men and women answered nearly identically. <\/b>Men were slightly more likely to choose \u201cbetter leaders\u201d and \u201cmore transparency,\u201d while women were slightly more likely to choose \u201cmore communication and \u201cmore diverse employees.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"B\"<\/p>\n

\u00a0Young workers were most likely to choose \u201cmore communication.\u201d <\/b>Workers across all levels chose \u201cbetter leaders\u201d as the No. 1 priority except for workers 18 to 25, who ranked \u201cmore communication\u201d as their top pick.<\/p>\n
