Too often, it&#8217;s not.<\/p>\n<p>New data from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\">Comparably<\/a> shows that 38% of workers say meetings are just &#8220;average.&#8221; The data, which comes from an Oct. 16 reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-departments\/112-how-would-you-rate-the-value-quality-of-meetings-at-your-company\">ongoing query<\/a> of more than 5,000 workers in the technology industry, reveals that there&#8217;s plenty of opportunity for employers and employees to improve the way in which they hold meetings every day.<\/p>\n<p><b>A mediocre experience<\/b><\/p>\n<p>When asked to rate the value and quality of their meetings, people chose &#8220;average&#8221; as their No. 1 response. The next most popular response was &#8220;good&#8221; at 27%.
