Unfortunately it seems the percentage of people who continue to get valuable feedback in the later half of their careers seems to be dwindling.<\/p>\n<p><b>The over-40 slump<\/b><\/p>\n<p>According to the latest reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-departments\/23-how-often-do-you-get-valuable-feedback-on-how-to-improve-at-work\">ongoing query<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a>, 25% of employees over age 40 say they &#8220;never&#8221; get valuable feedback on how to improve at work.
