What&#8217;s the first thing you&#8217;d do: Create an entirely new and improved product? Give everyone a raise?<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a> query of more than 10,000 employees across the tech industry\u00a0reveals the number 1 answer is\u00a0improve \u201cvision and strategy\u201d (33%).<\/p>\n<p><b>Room for improvement<\/b><\/p>\n<p>After &#8220;vision and strategy,&#8221; the\u00a0next most popular response was \u201cimprove office culture\u201d (23%), followed by and \u201cincrease employee pay\u201d (22%).
