Unfortunately, that&#8217;s not happening often enough.<\/p>\n<p>Forty-five percent of people across all industries say their employer is invested in their career growth, according to the latest reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-departments\/17-is-your-company-invested-in-your-career-growth\">ongoing query<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a>. More than 10,000 employees were included in the query.<\/p>\n<p><b>The age decline<\/b><\/p>\n<p>People aged 18 to 25 are most likely to say their employer cares about their career growth (54%).
