In April,\u00a0Comparably<\/a>\u00a0will unveil our next set of annual Best Places to Work Awards in these categories:\u00a0Best Outlook<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/b>Best Culture by Region (Cities),<\/b>\u00a0Best Departments, <\/b>and a new international award:\u00a0Best Global Company Culture.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

There is no submission process or fee associated with inclusion.\u00a0<\/b>To qualify, companies must\u00a0meet a minimum threshold of ratings\u00a0from employees that have left anonymous public ratings on their company’s\u00a0Comparably.com<\/a>\u00a0page within a 12-month period (March 2020 through March\u00a02021).\u00a0<\/span>Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period\u00a0on Monday, March 22 at 11:59 pm PT.\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

To leave a rating, employees can visit comparably.com\/companies<\/a>, search for their company, and click on the \u201cRate your Company\u201d button. <\/span><\/p>\n

General Methodology: Large companies (500+ employees) need\u00a0a minimum of 75 employee participants and small\/mid-size companies (less than 500 employees) need at least 25 participants.\u00a0Additional weight is given to scores at companies with more participation from their employee base. <\/span><\/p>\n

Methodology for the Global Company Culture Award: Only large companies (500+ employees) with a combined minimum of 75 employee participants from North America and 75 employee participants outside of North America will be considered.<\/span><\/p>\n
