{"id":26239,"date":"2022-01-05T11:00:30","date_gmt":"2022-01-05T19:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/blog\/?p=26239"},"modified":"2023-09-26T14:40:57","modified_gmt":"2023-09-26T21:40:57","slug":"participate-in-comparablys-upcoming-2022-best-places-to-work-awards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/blog\/participate-in-comparablys-upcoming-2022-best-places-to-work-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Participate in Comparably&#8217;s Upcoming 2022 Best Places to Work Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In late March,&nbsp;Comparably&nbsp;will unveil our next set of annual Best Places to Work Awards in these categories:&nbsp;<strong>Best Outlook<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Best Culture by Region (Cities)<\/strong>, <strong>Best Departments, <\/strong>and our international award:&nbsp;<strong>Best Global Company Culture.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There is no submission process or fee associated with inclusion.&nbsp;<\/strong>To qualify, companies must&nbsp;meet a minimum threshold of ratings&nbsp;from employees that have left anonymous public ratings on their company&#8217;s&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/comparably.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comparably.com<\/a>&nbsp;page within a 12-month period (March 2021 through March&nbsp;2022).&nbsp;Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period&nbsp;on<strong> Monday, March 14 at 11:59 pm PT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To leave a rating, employees can visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/companies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comparably.com\/companies<\/a>, search for their company, and click on the \u201cRate your Company\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>General Methodology: Large companies (501 or more employees) need&nbsp;a minimum of 75 employee participants and small\/mid-size companies (up to 500 employees) need at least 25 participants.&nbsp;Additional weight is given to scores at companies with more participation from their employee base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Methodology for the Global Company Culture Award: Only large companies (more than 500 employees) with a global footprint will be considered. A minimum of 75 employee participants from both N.
