In terms of those who did have a career plan, we found that men were 4% more likely to have a plan than women, and CEOs were most likely to have a plan at 89% compared to Account Managers who were least likely at 34%.<\/p>\n<p>After studying the ethnicity of the employees surveyed, we found that 61% of African Americans had a plan for their career, while only 48% of Caucasians did the same.
