Tens of thousands of companies were anonymously rated on Comparably.com by current workers in nearly 20 different workplace metrics, from compensation, work-life balance, and leadership to career growth and perks and benefits. The final ranked list is based on millions of employee ratings over the past year, and segmented by the Top 100 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/awards\/winners\/best-company-culture-2022-large\">Large companies<\/a> (more than 500 employees) and the Top 100 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/awards\/winners\/best-company-culture-2022-small\">Small\/Mid-size companies <\/a>(500 or less employees). The final data set was compiled from 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies large and small.<\/li><li>Rankings were determined based on feedback to a series of questions in nearly 20 core culture metrics, from compensation (salary, bonus, raises) and career growth (opportunities, mentorship, goals) to leadership (CEO, executives, direct managers) and work environment (work-life balance, perks &amp; benefits, coworkers) in yes\/no, true\/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple-choice format. The answer to each question was given a numerical score and then compared to companies of similar size.&nbsp;<\/li><li>To qualify, Large companies (more than 500 employees) must have met a minimum of 75 employee participants and Small\/Mid-Size companies (500 or fewer employees) must have met a minimum of 25 employee participants.
