In June, we will unveil the top rated companies in the following categories, based on real employee feedback over the past year: <strong>Best Companies for Career Growth<\/strong>, <strong>Best CEOs for Women <\/strong>(based solely on ratings from female employees), <strong>Best CEOs for Diversity<\/strong> (based solely on ratings from BIPOC workers), and <strong>Best Leadership Teams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>There is no submission process or fee associated to be considered for inclusion.\u00a0<\/strong>To qualify, companies must have a minimum threshold of ratings\u00a0from employees in the U.S. or Canada that have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their company&#8217;s\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/comparably.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comparably.com<\/a>\u00a0page within a 12-month period (May 2022 through May 2023).\u00a0Large companies (more than 500 employees) need at least 75 participants and small\/mid-size companies (500 or less employees) need at least 25 participants. Additional weight is given to companies with more participation from their employee base for fairness and statistical significance.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period&nbsp;on<strong>&nbsp;Monday, May 15 at 11:59pm PT<\/strong>.
