The results come from more than 5,000 employees across the technology industry.<\/p>\n<p><b>Women vs. men<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Overall, women were slightly more likely than men to say their bosses hurt company culture (32% women vs. 30% men).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-3105 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2018\/01\/3032.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"474\" height=\"45\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2018\/01\/3032-300x28.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2018\/01\/3032.jpg 474w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 474px) 85vw, 474px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Women in\u00a0business development (45%), design (43%) and finance (41%) were most likely to say that their boss hurts company culture, while women in\u00a0HR (13%) and customer support (23%)\u00a0were least likely to say the same.
