All over the country, the Time’s Up and Me Too movements are spurring tough conversations about women’s treatment in the workplace. But will there be\u00a0real progress?<\/p>\n

When asked that very question, 69% of women and 53% of men said yes, according to the latest reading\u00a0of an ongoing query<\/a> by Comparably. More than 500 people across the technology industry participated in the query.<\/p>\n

Optimism declines with age<\/strong><\/p>\n

People 18 to 25 were most optimistic that the Time’s Up and Me Too movements would result in\u00a0progress\u00a0between men and women in the workplace (70%). The rate declined from there, hitting a low of 32% among those 46 to 50.<\/p>\n

From a diversity standpoint, Hispanic and Latino workers were most likely to say they believe there would be progress (80%). Caucasians were least likely to say the same (53%).<\/p>\n
