There&#8217;s an Even Split."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At a time when\u00a0the #MeToo and Time&#8217;s Up movements have put gender squarely in the national conversation, it&#8217;s refreshing to know that there seems to be an even split between those who say they prefer working with men and those who say they prefer working with women.<\/p>\n<p><b>Men vs. women<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Fifty-one percent of men and 52% of women say they prefer to work with women, according to the latest reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/culture\/all\/all-departments\/134-do-you-prefer-to-work-with-women-or-men\">ongoing query<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a>. The remainder prefer to work with men. San Francisco, Boston and San Diego also had above-average rates.
