Indeed, 60%\u00a0of people say their employer is actively trying to improve company culture, according to the latest reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/culture\/all\/all-departments\/149-does-your-current-employer-focus-on-improving-your-company-culture\">ongoing query<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a>. More than 1,000 people, predominantly in tech, responded to the query.<\/p>\n<p><b>From a city view<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Respondents in the following cities had the highest rates of saying their employers are trying to improve culture: Boston, Denver, Chicago, Ft. Lauderdale, Los Angeles and Seattle.
