When asked to choose the most important set of company values, most employees chose \u201ctransparency and integrity,” according to the latest reading of an ongoing query <\/a>by Comparably<\/a>.\u00a0Thirty-seven percent\u00a0of people chose \u201ctransparency and integrity,\u201d followed next by \u201cteamwork and winning\u201d (24%). \u201cFun and passion\u201d came in at No. 3 (18%), followed by \u201cspeed and innovation\u201d (13%), and last by \u201cdiversity and inclusion\u201d (7%).<\/p>\n

African Americans valued \u201cdiversity and inclusion\u201d at a higher percentage than any other ethnic group (11%).\u00a0<\/b>They were also the only ethnic group to rank \u201cteamwork and winning\u201d as No. 1.<\/p>\n

—\u00a0Men and women were almost identical in their responses.\u00a0<\/b>The order of their ranking was the same, though men valued speed and innovation slightly more than women and women valued diversity and inclusion slightly more than men.<\/p>\n
