The categories to be unveiled in mid-June will be&nbsp;<strong>Best Leadership Teams<\/strong> (employee feedback on managers and executive teams), <strong>Best Companies for Career Growth <\/strong>(employee sentiment on professional development opportunities),&nbsp;and <strong>Best Departments<\/strong> (Engineering, Product, HR, Sales, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To leave a rating, employees can visit&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/companies\" target=\"_blank\">comparably.com\/companies<\/a>, search for their company, and click on the \u201cRate your Company\u201d button. The user-friendly survey only takes a few minutes to complete (answers to questions will be in yes\/no, true\/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple choice formats). Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period&nbsp;on<strong>&nbsp;Monday, May 12, 2025 at 11:59pm PT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike other award programs, there is no submission process or fee to qualify. All companies with a minimum number of employee ratings on their&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/comparably.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comparably.com<\/a>&nbsp;profile page within a 12-month period (May 1, 2024 through May 12, 2025) will be considered. Large companies (501 or more employees) need a minimum of 75 workers that have rated their workplaces, and small companies (up to 500 employees) need at least 35. Employers are encouraged to collect more feedback over the minimum requirements to stay competitive.
