The benefits are many, and not just for the person being mentored &#8212; <a href=\"https:\/\/chronicle.umbmentoring.org\/new-study-highlights-the-benefits-of-serving-as-a-mentor\/\">research<\/a> shows that those who serve as mentors report higher job satisfaction and commitment to their employers.<\/p>\n<p>So, who&#8217;s making it their business to find a mentor? Women in tech are more likely than men in tech to have a mentor at work, according to the latest reading of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/24-do-you-have-a-mentor-at-work\">ongoing query<\/a> by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/24-do-you-have-a-mentor-at-work\">Comparably<\/a>.
