This June, Comparably will unveil three standout categories: Best Leadership Teams (recognizing companies where employees rate their managers and executives most highly), Best Companies for Career Growth (honoring organizations where employees feel empowered to develop professionally), and Best Departments (spotlighting top-rated teams across Engineering, Product, HR, Sales, and more).

Submitting a rating is quick and easy. Employees can visit comparably.com/companies, search for their company, and click the “Rate your Company” button. The survey takes just a few minutes and uses simple yes/no, true/false, 1–10 scale, and multiple choice formats. Don’t wait — all ratings must be submitted by Sunday, May 11, 2026 at 11:59pm PT to count toward eligibility.

One of the things that makes Comparably’s awards different: there is no submission process and no fee to qualify. Any company that accumulates a minimum number of verified employee ratings on their Comparably.com profile within the 12-month eligibility window (May 1, 2025 through May 11, 2026) will automatically be considered. Large companies (501+ employees) need at least 75 employee ratings; small companies (up to 500 employees) need a minimum of 25. Companies that exceed the minimum thresholds gain a competitive edge — additional weight is given to organizations with higher participation rates relative to their size.

Have questions?
