The recent rise of the #TimesUp and #MeToo movements have put sexual harassment squarely in the center of national conversation. Luckily, most people see it more than just talk.<\/p>\n

Sixty-five\u00a0percent of women and 58% of men say they think these movements will help improve the way men and women work together, according to the latest reading of an ongoing query<\/a> by Comparably<\/a>. More than 1,000 people responded to the query.<\/p>\n

Minorities most encouraged<\/strong><\/p>\n

Seventy-four percent of Hispanic and Latino respondents and 67% of African American respondents say they think the movements will enable better workplace relations, the most of any ethnic group. Just 57% of Caucasians said the same.<\/p>\n

Young and hopeful?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The highest levels of optimism were seen among those 18 to 25 (68%). The rate fell from there, hitting a low of 44% among those 46 to 50. Note: Respondents aged 51+ have been excluded due to low sample size.<\/p>\n
