The top-rated companies with the Happiest Employees, the Best Perks &amp; Benefits and the Best Work-Life Balance will be unveiled in mid-September. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To leave a rating, employees can visit\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/companies\" target=\"_blank\">comparably.com\/companies<\/a>, search for their company, and click on the \u201cRate your Company\u201d button. Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period\u00a0on<strong>\u00a0Monday, Aug. 24, 2026 at 11:59pm PT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike other award programs, there is no submission process or fee associated to qualify. To qualify, a minimum number of current employees must have left anonymous public sentiment ratings on their employer&#8217;s\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/comparably.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comparably.com<\/a>\u00a0page within a 12-month period (Aug. 24, 2025 through Aug. 24, 2026).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Large companies (501 or more employees) need at least 75 participants and small\/mid-size companies (up to 500 employees) need at least 25 participants to qualify. Employers are encouraged to collect more feedback over the minimum requirements as these lists are more competitive each year.
