Mozilla<\/a>, Etsy<\/a>, and Vimeo<\/a>\u00a0are just some of the companies that have recently filed lawsuits against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)<\/a>\u00a0over\u00a0the agency’s repeal of net neutrality. And they’re hardly alone in\u00a0their concern.<\/p>\n

Fifty-six percent of tech workers say they are either “somewhat worried” or “very worried” about the repeal, according to the latest reading<\/a> of an ongoing query<\/a> by Comparably. By contrast, just 14% of people say they are “not really worried,” or “not worried at all.”<\/p>\n

More than 1,000 workers across the tech industry responded to the query.<\/p>\n

Workers in their 30s are most concerned<\/b><\/p>\n

Concern was the highest among workers 31 to 35. Thirty-four percent say they are “very worried,” and 27% said they are “somewhat worried.”<\/p>\n

42% of people with Bachelor’s degrees are “very worried”<\/b><\/p>\n

Respondents who earned a Bachelor’s degree were most extreme about their worry, with 42% of them saying they’re “very worried.”<\/p>\n

Workers with a high school diploma had the lowest rates of concern.<\/p>\n
