But recent data shows that\u00a0employers\u00a0may need to make sure they&#8217;re not forgetting workers at the older end of the age spectrum.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, 60%\u00a0of people aged 46 to 55 say they are typically recognized for the contributions they make to their company compared with 70% of workers 18 to 30, according to the latest reading of an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/culture\/tech\/all-departments\/153-are-you-typically-recognized-for-the-impact-and-accomplishments-you-make-for-your-current-company\">ongoing query<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>More than 1,000 people across the tech sector participated in the study.<\/p>\n<p><b>A focus on the youngest workers<\/b><\/p>\n<p>According to the data, the highest percentage of workers who say they are typically recognized for their workplace achievements are those in the 18 to 25 age bracket (72%).
