But according to a recent survey, more than 1 in 4 people say\u00a0the interview process for their current job didn&#8217;t fully convey the culture at the company.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-percent of women and 27% of men responded &#8220;no,&#8221; to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/culture\/tech\/all-departments\/170-did-your-interview-process-give-you-a-good-representation-of-the-culture-at-your-company\">query<\/a>\u00a0by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a> that asked\u00a0&#8220;Did your interview process give you a good representation of the culture at your company?&#8221; (70% of women and 73% of men said &#8220;yes.&#8221;) More than 1,000 people across the tech industry participated in the query.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3675 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2018\/04\/zang.jpg\" alt=\"zang\" width=\"495\" height=\"58\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2018\/04\/zang-300x35.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdn.comparably.com\/00000000\/b\/2018\/04\/zang.jpg 495w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 495px) 85vw, 495px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><b>By department<\/b><\/p>\n<p>People in executive roles and HR had the highest rates of saying that the interview process offered a good representation of the company culture.
