In late June,\u00a0Comparably<\/a>\u00a0will release\u00a0its\u00a0next set of local awards highlighting the best CEOs and companies in Los Angeles and Seattle.\u00a0These lists are meant to showcase the\u00a0leaders and businesses who are\u00a0helping to drive positive culture change across companies large and small. Previous\u00a0awards have been featured in USA Today, Business Insider, Forbes,\u00a0and other publications.<\/p>\n

There is no submission process, and no fees or costs associated with inclusion.\u00a0<\/b>To be considered, CEOs and companies must have a minimum threshold of ratings\u00a0from\u00a0employees who have left anonymous public ratings on their company page on Comparably.com.\u00a0The date range for qualification is June 2017\u00a0to\u00a0June 2018<\/span>. Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on\u00a0Tuesday,\u00a0June 12, 2018, at 11:59pm PST<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

To leave a rating, employees are encouraged to visit\u00a0comparably.com\/companies<\/a>, search for their company, and click on the \u201cRate your company\u201d button.<\/p>\n

Companies with 500+ employees need at least 50 employees to qualify and companies with less than 500 employees need at least 15 employees to qualify.
