Millennials have been painted as the quintessential job hoppers, but they\u2019re hardly the only ones contemplating their next gig.<\/p>\n

Twenty-nine\u00a0percent of all workers say they see themselves staying with their current employer for less than a year, according to a query of 10,000\u00a0workers<\/a>\u00a0on Comparably<\/a>. The next most popular response was more than two years.<\/p>\n

\u201cLess than a year\u201d was the most popular response in every age group 18 to 50, though the youngest set (18 to 25) chose it more often than the oldest (46 to 50).<\/p>\n

Among\u00a0the 50+ group, a different picture emerged. For those aged 50 to 60, the most popular answer was \u201cnot sure,\u201d while those aged 61 to 65 were most likely to say they would stay on \u201c1 to 2 more years.\u201d<\/p>\n
