Getting hired is an arc. You might interview for a few jobs over a few years before you land.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8212; <b><em>Amazon: <\/em><\/b><em>The interview process is \u201cexhausting and very long, but funny enough, when I go to other companies I leave the 1-2hr interview thinking \u2018how on earth will these people know if they want to hire me?\u2019 Amazon really looks at and talks to you about your work.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8212; <b><em>Facebook:<\/em><\/b><em> For engineering positions, you can wear a \u201ct-shirt and jeans or whatever is most comfortable for you.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8212; <b><em>Google:<\/em><\/b><em> The interview process is \u201clong and rigorous.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8212; <b><em>Microsoft:<\/em><\/b><em> The interview process is \u201cMore challenging that average.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\"><b>Comparably<\/b><\/a> took an inside look at the interview experience at each company. The results come from the insights of more than 6,000 employees across all five companies. A significant portion of people at both <b>Google and Facebook<\/b> had to wait 4+ weeks (19% and 16% of employees, respectively).<\/p>\n<p>By contrast, just 2% of people at <b>Microsoft<\/b> had to wait 4+ weeks. Each survey was initiated sometime between March 2018 and June 2018.
