And if they\u2019ve stopped learning at your company they\u2019re going to try and learn somewhere else.<\/p>\n<p>Right now, 68% of people feel challenged at work, according to the latest reading of an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/culture\/tech\/all-departments\/21-are-you-challenged-at-work\">ongoing query<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably.com<\/a>.
