This December,\u00a0Comparably<\/a>\u00a0will release\u00a0its\u00a0next set of national awards highlighting the Best Company Culture, Best CEOs, Best-Rated Companies by Female Employees <\/b>and\u00a0Best-Rated Companies by Diverse Employees<\/b>.<\/p>\n

These lists are meant to showcase the\u00a0leaders and businesses who are\u00a0helping to drive positive culture change across companies large and small. Previous\u00a0awards have been featured in\u00a0USA Today, Business Insider, CNBC, Forbes<\/em>,\u00a0and other publications<\/a>.<\/p>\n

There is no submission process, fee or cost associated with inclusion.\u00a0<\/b>To be considered, companies must have a minimum threshold of ratings\u00a0from\u00a0employees who have left anonymous public ratings on their company page on Comparably.com.\u00a0The date range for qualification is November 2017\u00a0to\u00a0November\u00a02018<\/span>. Employees are encouraged to submit ratings now through the end of the eligibility period on\u00a0Monday, Nov. 26,\u00a02018, at 11:59 p.m. PST<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

To leave a rating, employees are encouraged to visit\u00a0comparably.com\/companies<\/a>, search for their company, and click on the \u201cRate your company\u201d button.<\/p>\n

Companies with 500+ employees need at least 50 employees to qualify and companies with less than 500 employees need at least 15 employees to qualify. However, the\u00a0more employee participants\u00a0the better since\u00a0additional weight is given to scores at\u00a0companies with more participation from their employee base.<\/p>\n
