Sixty-five percent of people say having fun with their coworkers is “important” or “extremely important” to the company’s success, according to the latest reading of an\u00a0ongoing query<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0Comparably<\/a>.\u00a0The most popular answers after “important” (40% of the vote) and “extremely important” (25% of the vote) were “neutral” (21%), “slightly important” (8%), and “not important” (6%).<\/p>\n

More than 5,000 people across the tech sector responded to the query.<\/p>\n

There was no marked difference between the responses of men and women: 66%\u00a0of men say having fun with coworkers is important to company success compared with 66% of women.<\/p>\n
