Forty-eight percent of people say their managers need to improve their communication,\u00a0according to the latest reading of an\u00a0ongoing query<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0Comparably<\/a>\u00a0of more than 10,000 people, predominantly in tech. The next most popular response was accountability (20%), positivity (16%), honesty (9%) and work ethic (7%).<\/p>\n
