That&#8217;s according to the latest reading of an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/culture\/all\/all-department\/121-how-much-of-a-salary-increase-do-you-expect-each-year\">ongoing poll<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/\">Comparably<\/a>\u00a0of more than 10,000 workers predominantly across the technology industry.<\/p>\n<p>The results are less surprising when you consider how high the cost of living is in each city.
