Both companies are hanging on the best they can as the culture continues to shift its focus to online shopping, so the future for both is unclear. Pay increases are drowned out by minimum wage increases.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As for Best Buy, an employee writes, \u201cThe compensation is good if you\u2019re full time. Another writes, \u201cI don\u2019t really use the benefits.
