OVERALL CULTURE<\/p>\n

Employees from Domino\u2019s<\/a> say they \u201cenjoy the independence of the position and the tips<\/b>\u201d and that the company offers \u201ca laid-back atmosphere and low stress for the most part<\/b>.\u201d \u201cWe all work together and have fun<\/b>,\u201d says another. And one worker says they love \u201cwatching the smiles and hearing the kids say wow when I give them a dough show<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Over at Pizza Hut<\/a>, employees say the company is \u201cwarm, welcoming and understanding<\/b>\u201d and that management \u201ccare(s) about your problems and works with you<\/b>.\u201d On the negative side, one worker writes, \u201cWe are encouarged not to talk, so it\u2019s very depressing<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Domino\u2019s workers call the company leadership, \u201cnot too formal and they are somewhat down to earth<\/b>\u201d and say management is \u201creasonable and fair<\/b>.\u201d Another adds, \u201cThey promised an opportunity to progress to management, and they delivered<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Pizza Hut employee calls company management \u201cdown to earth and realistic<\/b>\u201d as well as \u201cfriendly<\/b>.\u201d Another says that \u201cleadership needs to work on communication at all levels<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Domino\u2019s employees wish they rated \u201cmore money per hour for the grief<\/b>.\u201d \u201cI just feel that we should get paid a little more than minimum wage. I know fast food joints are not high-paying, but most fast food places have raised their wages,” <\/b>says\u00a0another.<\/p>\n

A Pizza Hut delivery driver complains, \u201cI use my own car, my own gas, pay for my own car maintenance, but my pay rate without tips is only 7.25. And there are a lot of people who either don’t tip good or don’t tip at all. I get literally no benefits whatsoever except free food<\/b>.\u201d Another writes, \u201cI\u2019d feel better if my wage reflected my work ethic<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Domino\u2019s employee says \u201cbenefits are minimal unless you are in management<\/b>.\u201d Another writes, \u201cWe wish we made more money so we could afford the insurance<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n

One Pizza Hut worker cites the need for \u201cmore quality health care and not some fly by night heath care that offers the worst coverage I have ever seen at an outrageous cost the employee.\u201d <\/b>Another adds,\u201cthe health care is going to include dental and vision soon.<\/b><\/p>\n
