Five of the biggest and richest U.S. Healthcare companies \u2013 <b>Aetna<\/b>, <b>Anthem<\/b>, <b>HCA Healthcare<\/b>, <b>Medtronic<\/b> and <b>UnitedHealth<\/b> \u2013 go head-to-head in the realm of company culture\u00a0for today\u2019s Culture\u00a0Showdown. Innovation and cooperation is the culture.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>UnitedHealth Group: <b>\u201c<\/b><b>There are a ton of offices and so it really depends on which office you are in. I\u2019ve been here for 27 years. HCA matches 9% for me!\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Medtronic: <b>\u201cRetirement, time off, tuition reimbursement, health insurance.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>UnitedHealth Group: <b>\u201c<\/b><b>The medical is okay but it&#8217;s not great. That makes four wins total,\u00a0which means <b>HCA wins the whole Showdown<\/b>. In fact, the only categories HCA didn\u2019t win for today\u2019s Culture Showdown were Perks &amp; Benefits (which went to Aetna) and\u00a0Compensation (which went to Medtronic.) There\u2019s no doubt that HCA has the most\u00a0satisfied employees, if this match-up is any indication.<\/p>\n<p>Looking quickly at the other companies, we can see its good news that Aetna won the Perks category, as it got straight C\u2019s from its employees in every other category. Anthem got mostly B\u2019s.
