The results are as of June 13 and include the responses of more than 10,000 workers in the technology industry.<\/p>\n<p><b>An even split<\/b><\/p>\n<p>No single response was more common than any other: workers were about as likely to say they \u201cnever\u201d get valuable feedback as they were to say \u201cevery week,\u201d \u201conce a quarter,\u201d \u201conce a month,\u201d or \u201conce a year.\u201d Still, the implications of that are important: to \u201cnever\u201d get feedback or get feedback only once a year is a problem.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/23-how-often-do-you-get-valuable-feedback-on-how-to-improve-at-work\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-776\"><img loading=\"lazy\" administrative roles most likely to say \u201cnever\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p>People who work in administrative positions were more likely than any other to say that they never receive valuable feedback on how to improve (32%).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comparably.com\/guest\/culture\/tech\/all-department\/23-how-often-do-you-get-valuable-feedback-on-how-to-improve-at-work\" rel=\"attachment
