      Methodology<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

      Comparably\u2019s Best Leadership Awards<\/em>are derived from ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their leadership teams on Comparably.com<\/a> between June\u00a07th<\/sup>, 2018 and June 7th<\/sup>, 2019. Final ratings were based on responses to the following questions:\u00a0How do you rate your CEO ?;\u00a0How do you rate your executive team?\u00a0How do you rate your general manager?\u00a0There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across\u00a050,000 U.S. companies.\u00a0To qualify, Large companies (more than 500 employees) must have a minimum of 75 employee participants and Small\/Mid-Size companies (fewer than 500 employees) must have a minimum of 25 employee participants. Additional weight was given to companies with more participation from their employee base.<\/p>\n
