What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. I asked to be removed from their direct mailing list. They WARNED me that I might continue to receive their unwanted communications for up to 90 days! They weren't kidding. I now receive two or more mail advertisements a day! Unethical, at the very least.
