Longest fav job. I will be here thru retirement is my hope! I have seen changes pros and cons over the near 16 year i have worked part time or on call. Thanks for the appreciation gifts when surgery happens and admin appreciation week etc. thanks so much!

Connection thru live meeting and in person. I love the family atmostphere. Hope we don't lose that. Hugs

Care about each person. Motivated by good health care and values. They have integrity and choose the individual over any political hype.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing support each other. Even when a task like uo dating jib descriptions was difficult to an un trained HR person whose happiest times are meeting and greeting peps by their first names at the front desk.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interaction with people. If a person feels appreciated its a win win situation!!!! Cubicles are not so good. It divides us. If you get a chance to tour Wavetronix's work space. You will be impressed with their inclusiveness.
