They are all invested in their team and NSP as a company. The best leadership NSP has ever had!!!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would love to be on salary and have asked for years. Been totally ignored. They are very good to me other than that, but that is a sad thing to deal with.
