Mr. Charles F. Dolan, also known as Chuck, serves as Principal of Cablevision Area 9 Corporation. Mr. Dolan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision from 1985 to October 1995. He founded and acted as the General Partner of Cablevision's predecessor from 1973 to 1985. He established Manhattan Cable Television in 1961 and Home Box Office in 1971. He served as the Chairman of Cablevision Systems Corporation and CSC Holdings, LLC since 1985. He has been the Chairman of Rainbow Media Enterprises, Inc. since May 2004. He serves as the Chairman of Cablevision Lightpath, Inc., Cablevision MFR, Inc. and Cablevision Systems Long Island Corporation. He has been Executive Chairman of AMC Networks Inc. since June 6, 2011 and its Director since March 9, 2011. He has been a Director of MSG Spinco, Inc. since September 11, 2015. He serves as a Director of Cablevision and MSG. He serves as a Trustee of Fairfield University. He has been a Director of MSG Networks Inc. since July 29, 2009. He has been a Director at The Madison Square Garden Company since September 30, 2015. He served as a Trustee of St. Francis Hospital. Mr. Dolan studied at John Carroll University.
