These days almost nothing is positive.
It was 13 years ago. I can't speak to the new process.
Better pay would attract a better class of employees. Culture that pushes out senior employees.
Higher pay. Better commission. Stop trying to be an entertainment company. We do telecommunication. Let's concentrate on that.
Paying more for less benefits than I had 5 years ago. Lower commissions and they keep trending down. Poor attendance policies. Poor maternity leave.
Nothing matters but Directv. A product that's losing market share daily through no fault of the workforce. But sell sell sell. And why can't you get people to buy after we've raised the price, cut promotions, and done nothing to improve quality since purchasing it.
DirecTV was a horrible purchase by the company and forcing employees to cram it down customers throats was ridiculous. Writing up employees for not being able to sell a poor product. And the new streaming service is a joke and it will be more of the same. Toxic culture.
