Poor and deteriorating culture perpetuated by incompentent and inexperienced (and in some cases, toxic) management. No real product strategy; wasted cycles in 'Discovery' only to uncover that 'we are behind'. Product managers not empowered; poorly designed products. Sinking ship; outclassed by ISRG
