The most positive thing are peoples attitude and involvement and willingness to help
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Free Gym better gym plans, more clear information on PTO, profit sharing should be paid to all employees not just level 4 and higher.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would like them to improve on keeping better documentation of work done in the past to help with updates that need to be performed later.
