After over 12 years at Calix, my experience and 'fun factor' has only improved, as I believe the company has improved in general. We are doing work in Wi-Fi that no company in the world is doing.

The team has a high degree of intelligence, common sense and makes good decisions. The team listens to input as well.

We are data and logic driven, we are allowed to take risks and fail, we care about each other and want to make our customers successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has a high degree of competence, innovation and a low degree of ego. There are plenty of disagreements but all friendly and in the interest of creating a better product. We all have our own areas of expertise and strengths and recognize this and respect it. Best team I've ever worked with.
