What did you like most about the interview process?

Normal and day to earth with very honest and transparent dialogue about the role.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They live out our company values and are transparent about our financial health, executive goals and vision for the company and truly believe that relationships ( employee, partners and clients) further bottom line goals.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's a total compensation package plus more. Employees have multiple plans and carriers to choose from depending on the state they live in rather than the employer location. Instead of penny pinching, Cask goes above and beyond ie their AD&D is 3x FTE salary

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We communicate. Whether slack, zoom, email or phone calls, Cask employees know the importance of talking. It helps keep projects on task and relationships solid. We enjoy teasin each other on group channels whether it be over sports or silly haircuts. Even with a remote workforce, we are a tight.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Cask employees believe in being actionable and accountable. We have great team meetings because we are honest which empowers and motivates us to get our work done. And if we need help, we ask for it. Transparency can be uncomfortable at first, but I know my team is dependable and ready to jump in.
